Ramsey: The first and second time I met Franz & Ulli was at the wine bar I work at in Copenhagen. First time they visited, he asked for "something interesting as long as it isn't Austrian". Second time around, he came bearing gifts: a 2010 Pure Sauv Blanc. I cordially opened the bottle and tasted it together with my colleagues. I remember the colour being a quite clear, off-yellow. The nose produced exotic fruits and light grassy tones - passionfruit especially. The mouth provided a broad welcoming tropical fruit that is all well held together by a wonderful citric acid. If I was picnicking and the sun was shining, this would be the wine I'd take.

Maria & Christof: in der nase intensives eiszuckerl das die sortentypizität noch ein wenig verdrängt. am gaumen sofort die typisch grüne sauvignon aromatik. nach einigen minuten verschwindet das eiszuckerl auch in der nase. dann angenehm reife exotik - am gaumen viel reife zitrone

Daniela und Stefan: Elegantes Bukett und rassige Säure. Stachelbeeren, geschmeidig aber auch Pfeffer und Zitrone.
