Artisan
artisan (Engl.): from the Italian word „artigiano“, which is based on the Latin word „artire“, meaning „instruct in the arts“.
Artisanal production is our commitment to the traditional-handcrafted way of working in the vineyards and to the art of the winemaker to vinify his grapes while maintaining the greatest respect for nature. This way of working produces expressive wines with the true taste of our terroir.
Terroir refers to all factors having an influence on the type of wine made in a defined area. Usually soil, exposure and climate are considered among these factors, but the intervention of man should also be included here.
